Welcome to Cheer Business Pro! By accessing our website, purchasing digital products, downloading free resources, or subscribing to our membership, you agree to the following Terms of Use.

1. Digital Products and Downloads

Cheer Business Pro provides downloadable educational, recreational, and business resources, including lesson plans, camp programs, birthday party programs, game books, printable activities, and membership materials.

All purchases and downloads are digital unless otherwise specified. No physical products will be shipped.

2. Personal and Single-Organization License

When you purchase or download a Cheer Business Pro resource, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the material for personal purposes or within one gym, business, team, or organization.

Permitted Uses:

  • Print and use resources with your own athletes, students, teams, or program participants.
  • Use purchased programs and lesson plans to operate classes, camps, birthday parties, and other activities within your organization.
  • Share resources internally with coaches and staff working for the purchasing organization.
  • Make copies of printable activities for participants within your organization.

Prohibited Uses:

  • Reselling or redistributing the original resources.
  • Sharing digital files with other gyms, businesses, or organizations.
  • Uploading resources to public websites, social media groups, or shared resource libraries.
  • Claiming Cheer Business Pro materials as your own original work.
  • Repackaging or modifying resources for resale or redistribution.

Purchasing a resource does not transfer copyright or ownership of the material.

3. Membership Subscriptions

Cheer Business Pro offers monthly and annual memberships providing access to a growing collection of downloadable resources.

Regular membership pricing is $11.99 per month or $119.00 per year. Promotional pricing may be offered during special sales and events.

Memberships renew automatically according to the billing plan selected at checkout unless canceled.

Members may cancel their subscriptions at any time through their account. Cancellation stops future renewals, and access continues through the end of the paid billing period.

Membership downloads remain subject to the licensing restrictions described in these Terms of Use.

4. Membership Sharing

A membership purchased by a gym or organization may be used internally by its coaches and staff for activities within that same organization.

Membership access and downloadable files may not be shared with other gyms, businesses, or organizations.

Individual members may use resources with their own teams, athletes, or children but may not distribute the original files to others.

5. Payments and Refunds

Because our products are delivered digitally, purchases are generally non-refundable once access or downloads have been provided, except where required by applicable law.

If you experience a technical problem accessing a purchased product, please contact us so we can assist.

Subscription cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically provide a refund for payments already processed.

6. Resource Availability

We work to provide accurate, useful, and accessible resources. Product offerings, membership collections, and downloadable materials may be updated, replaced, or discontinued.

We aim to add at least three new membership resources each month.

7. Safety and Supervision

Cheerleading, tumbling, recreational activities, camps, and games require appropriate supervision and safety precautions.

All activities should be adapted to participants’ ages, abilities, experience, and available equipment.

Purchasers and users are responsible for providing qualified supervision, following applicable safety guidelines, and determining whether activities are appropriate for their participants.

Cheer Business Pro does not guarantee specific athletic, educational, financial, or business results from using its materials.

8. Intellectual Property

All original Cheer Business Pro materials, including written content, lesson plans, activity designs, illustrations, and downloadable resources, are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial resale is prohibited.

9. Changes to These Terms

Cheer Business Pro may update these Terms of Use periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
